This 2000 Acura Integra Type R was purchased new by the seller in Connecticut in June 2000 and now shows approximately 7k miles. The car is finished in Phoenix Yellow over black cloth and suede and is powered by a 1.8-liter inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes projector-style headlights, 15″ alloy wheels, splash guards, a rear wiper, a rear spoiler, air conditioning, a CD stereo, and power windows. This DC2 Type-R is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, miscellaneous parts, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Connecticut title in the seller’s name.
The body is finished in Phoenix Yellow (Y-56) and features red Type-R and Acura badges. Equipment includes projector-style headlights, a rear spoiler, a rear wiper, a retractable antenna, and a polished exhaust tip.
Seven-spoke 15″ alloy wheels are wrapped in 195/55 Bridgestone Potenza RE010 tires that show date codes from 2000. Braking is handled by four-wheel discs with ABS.
The cabin features black cloth and suede upholstery with red stitching as well as a black dashboard, center console, door panels, and carpets. Equipment includes air conditioning, a CD stereo, a digital clock, and power windows. Replacement pedals were installed under current ownership, and the seller states the removed pedals will accompany the car.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a gauge cluster with a 150-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit odometer shows under 7k miles.
The center armrest-mounted Type R plaque lists this car as number 1,439 produced in the series.
The 1.8-liter B18C5 inline-four features dual overhead camshafts with VTEC variable valve timing, and it was factory rated at 195 horsepower and 130 lb-ft of torque. The battery was replaced in May 2021. The battery brace and oil cap have been replaced under current ownership, and a red anodized decorative cap is installed over the radiator cap.
Power is sent to the front wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery.
Manufacturer’s literature and the removed pedals, battery brace, and oil cap are included in the sale.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Connecticut.
